Ahead of the announcement of the PQA Film Festival 2019 Official Selection we wish to congratulate the 70 films which have made the PQA Online Film Festival of Highly Commended Films.
The judges were overwhelmed by the creativity and skill on show in these films, and although not selected to screen, we felt that they deserved to be celebrated.
Every day throughout October and November we will be sharing a brand new film from the Highly Commended list which will be broadcast on PQATV.com and shared across PQATV Facebook, Twitter & Instagram.
