Would you like to share your views and opinions to help young people access careers in TV, film, animation and gaming? ScreenSkills is the industry-led skills body for the screen industries – film, television, visual effects, animation and games – working across the UK to promote careers in the screen industries to school and college-age pupils. ScreenSkills are looking for PQA students aged 13 and over to take part.
The ScreenSkills team have created a brand new digital career matching tool which helps young people to identify their skills and be matched with a range of possible job roles and careers to help the young person to take the next step in their studies or career.
ScreenSkills are hosting a one-off focus group with young people to explore the tool and to understand your experiences of using it, including what might be missing or need to be changed. The session will last no more than an hour and will take place on Zoom. This interactive workshop will be fun, creative and allow you to share your views and opinions, as well as having the opportunity to learn about a range of careers in the screen industries.
The ScreenSkills focus group will take place on Wednesday 12th July from 6.30-7.30pm on Zoom.
